Last Day Closing Ceremony & End of School Celebration and Picnic

    All day

Closing Ceremonies & Ice cream Social

    Wednesday, June 14, 2017
    11:00 a.m.
Please join us as we celebrate the end of our 18th year at Seacoast Waldorf School!
This is a special day for the community as a whole, as we acknowledge the end of
another year together in the third year in our new building.
All families are invited to attend, including grandparents and special friends. Closing
Ceremonies begins at 11:00 with a procession of our rising first graders and a
    presentation by
    Grade 1, Grade 2/3, Grade 4/5 and Grade 6/7.
A strawberry ice cream social will follow the closing ceremonies on the playground at
11:30 a.m. Traditionally, we share in providing this tasty treat. We appreciate all
contributions of cut strawberries brought in on Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m.
The Kindergarten parents are responsible for set-up beginning at 9:00, serving and
clean-up of this event. Extra volunteers are welcome.
Children are officially dismissed after the closing ceremonies to enjoy the strawberry
social with their parents. It is asked that parents watch and be responsible for their own
    children during this time.
This is a half day with no EC afternoon program, Art Program or extended day. For
parents who cannot be present for this event, their children will be left in the care of
their teacher until normal pick-up time (noon for EC and 12:30 grades).
Join us for the All-School-Picnic at the Eliot Boat Landing on Wednesday from 5pm –
7pm. Bring your own family picnic, drinks, blankets and bug spray. Feel free to bring
yard games to share. You are in charge of your own children.
